I liked Mikes attitude, the way he treated me he listened to me! My husband and I have been up and down Columbus to four yes, four dealerships looking for our perfect Ford Flex but either had poor service or no one would give us the deal we were looking for on our family dream car and walked away from the sale. It has been a pleasure doing business with those folks. Bruce is the owner of Ridenour and he took the time to come and meet me, talked to me about the vehicle and thanked me for making the commute to come out. I had brought my son with me because he was sick from school. Bruce and his staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about their products and made the whole transaction a pleasant experience.
